The organizers (US Department of Commerce, USMCOCA and VACOC are not responsible for any emergency medical expenses incurred at any time, from the beginning to the end of the mission.
Visas and Passports:
Visas are required to travel to Vietnam. If you hold a valid passport from country that is required to have a visa, please ensure that you secure the appropriate visa prior to travel. Also, please be reminded that [at least for US citizens] if your passport will expire within six months of foreign travel, it should be renewed prior to traveling. Expedited passport renewal service is available and ensures that your new passport will be issued in as little as two to three weeks.
