Financial services sector, including banking, asset management, and fintech, as well as logistics and supply chain management.
Indonesia:
Access to the largest Chamber of Commerce covering the following: palm oil and coal, manufacturing (especially automotive and textiles), infrastructure development, tourism, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, retail, financial services, and agriculture.
Philippines:
Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, including call centers, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and logistics, manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, and education technology

Visit to the largest Mosk in Jakarta and visit the largest shopping center, social activities

 Wednesday March 5

Dinner for the delegation, end of the visit to Indonesia.
Departure to the airport to take the flight to travel from Jakarta to travel to Manila (flight leaves at 1 am (March 6) please arrive at the airport at 10 pm (March 5)

• Meetings with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and presentation panel about:
Title: Unlocking Nearshoring Potential: Opportunities in Baja California, Mexico
Objective: To inform manufacturing companies interested in accessing the American market from Northwest Mexico about tax incentives, streamlined supply chain logistics, and the region’s advanced manufacturing facilities and talent pool.

 Friday March 7
 – Manila – Cebu

Departure to Cebu for additional Meetings, departure hotel at 6 am

1:00 p.m. Meeting with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and B2B with business and Industry leaders and members of both chambers.
Presentation about “Nearshoring in Mexico”

 Saturday March 8
 – Cebu –

Island hopping around Cebu.

Dinner organized for the group

 Sunday March 9
 – Cebu-Taipei –

Departure to Taipei in the morning
Flight at 12:05 pm arrival at the airport at 9:00 am

Visit Embassy of Mexico in Taipei with Minister Martin Torres.

HEALTH INSURANCE AND VISAS:

Health Insurance:
The Trade Mission will not cover travel and health insurance. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE YOU BRING PROOF OF YOUR ADDITIONAL HEALTH AND TRAVEL COVERAGE. USMCOCCA is not responsible for any emergency medical expenses incurred at any time, from the beginning to the end of the mission.

Visas and Passports:
Visas are required to travel to Indonesia & Taiwan. If you hold a valid passport from country that is required to have a visa, please ensure that you secure the appropriate visa prior to travel. Also, please be reminded that [at least for US citizens] if your passport will expire within six months of foreign travel, it should be renewed prior to traveling. Expedited passport renewal service is available and ensures that your new passport will be issued in as little as two to three weeks.
